After a (video-based) e-learning course was created, it is particularly important to test this before it is provided to your learners. Here especially the following points should be noted:
- Correct information
Are there all integrated information of the course correct? Let the course be checked before publishing within your organization from your supervisor or, if it is a video-based e-learning, from the presenter of the modules on the correctness of all content.
- Typos and speech impediments
To have no typos in the slides or the content and no speech impediments in the presentation, all slides should be checked before the production of the e-learning-course. Nevertheless, it is also important to check all slides etc. again after the production. In case there could be made new voice-overs.
- Functionality and usability
It is very important, of course, that all buttons etc. work properly and that there is also the usability of use given. Therefore, the best process is to play all eventualities even once.
- Uniform appearance
Does your e-learning-course have a uniform appearance? Let therefore test your course from one or more independent colleagues. By yourself you often can get a so called tunnel vision and cannot immediately detect deviations from a uniform appearance.
If you follow these rules, there should be no borders to publish an e-learning-course without any typos and problems.
