Which four competence classes combine to occupational competence?

To strengthen the occupational competence, i.e. the holistic self-organized thinking and acting of your employees, you should divide this occupational competence e.g. in the form of a competency biography or a competency profile in four competence classes, which consist of technical, methodological, social and personal competences. What these four competence classes will mean exactly, you will learn in our graphic or in the following list:
 

  • Technical competence

Theoretical and practical technical skills and experience to the methodological application of technical know-how (e.g. via video-based e-learning) to deal with concrete professional problems.
 

  • Methodological competence

Skills to tap occurring tasks of everyday work autonomously through individual solutions.
 

  • Social competence

Communication and cooperation skills within a group.
 

  • Personal competence

Presence of a realistic self-image, which provides for a motivated and results-oriented acting and for independence.
